| What is a League? League play is where players are placed into divisions of usually 5-6 players, then the Season starts and you play matches trying to get the best win record you can. When the regular matches are finished the best players from each division enter the playoffs. Playoff games are usually best 2of3. The winners advance untill there are only 2 players left. They then play in the World Series of Eye Of Judgment or WSOEOJ for short. The final match or championship game is usually a best 3of5 match. The winner is crowned as the League champion and wins the prize. |

Why would I want to play in a League? League play is better for some players because even if you dont win a few matches you still have a chance to get to the playoffs. In tournament play usually its 1 loss and your out. So some players like the idea of playing over a long period of time rather then just in a quick tournament. So if this seems like your style, then keep your eyes open for when the new league will start. |

As some of you know, we have already had 1 league. It was kind of a test league to see what we can improve on for the future leagues. There is a thread on the forums that talks about the changes that might take place, so if your thinking about gettingin on the next league please take the time to go check out that thread. |

We have started signups for the new league so if you are interested in Joining please head over to the forums. You can fing the link here. This is our first event using the new Automated system so there may be a few bugs to work out, just post them in the league forum so we can take a look at them.
